Let’s be honest, good times are made so much better when shared with a friend or partner! Why should Personal Training be any different? Beach Body Studio understand that the thought of training solo with a Personal Trainer may be a little daunting for some so we are pleased to offer a 2 to 1 Personal Training solution that not only means you get to train with the support and familiarity of a friend but you’ll both benefit from a discounted price. Perfect! Your trainer will tailor the sessions to suit both your needs and show you how to get the most out of duo training by spotting and encouraging each other. Under the close supervision of your Personal Trainer you will not only progress as a team but will personally develop your skills, confidence, fitness and physique. The Trainer will sit down and discuss the personal goals of both individuals before training commences to ensure you are on a similar journey. If they Trainer feels your goals are too dissimilar to benefit from training together you will be advised of this before you begin.
